Screen printing uses a nylon or fibre artificial fibre mesh to transfer ink onto the medium. The ink passes through the screen-printing fabric by means of light pressure applied a bar with a rubber edge that presses against the printing fabric. To produce a multi-colour screen print, a mesh must be made for each colour.
